Already working with an agency?
Swap Spray-and-Pray for a Weekly Call-to-Action Report
You can keep working with your current agency. I add an independent review of your campaigns, then one clear report each week showing what to keep running, what to put on hold and what to start next.
Not a newsletter
Not a 30-page deck
Three clear decisions a week
1
Current campaigns audit
I review the creative and copy of every live ad to make sure it follows platform and brand guidelines, then put it through an ad simulator to test whether it’s effective and actually stops your target audience scrolling.
2
Weekly Call-to-Action Report
Every week, one page: which campaigns to keep running, which to put on hold and which new ones to start — each with the reason and the number behind it.
3
Targeted execution
Hand the actions to your agency or in-house team, or I can build the new campaigns for you. Every decision is tracked, so you can see what it changed.

“I’m Yulia Khlopunova — I’ve spent 10 years building marketing systems and automations inside real B2B businesses.”
YK Marketing is a Sydney-based AI automation studio for Australian B2B businesses. What exactly is an “agentic AI system” and how is it different from an AI tool?
An AI tool is software you use. An agentic AI system works autonomously — it monitors inputs, makes decisions based on rules and context, takes actions across connected platforms, and escalates to a human only when genuinely needed. A tool requires a person to operate it. An agent owns the process end-to-end — for example, a content agent that drafts, routes for approval and publishes on schedule, or a finance agent that categorises expenses, reconciles against bank data and produces a monthly report.
What kinds of business processes are good candidates for automation?
The best candidates repeat on a predictable schedule or trigger, follow consistent rules with defined decision points, currently need a person to move data or approvals between systems, and produce an output that goes to another person or platform. Content pipelines, email sequences, financial reconciliation, invoice processing, lead routing, competitor monitoring and status reporting are all strong candidates. If you can describe the process as a checklist, it can almost certainly be automated.
Can you connect to the platforms we already use?
Yes. Everything is built to connect to your existing set-up, not replace it — CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo), accounting platforms (Xero, MYOB), email platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo), project tools (Notion, Asana, Monday) and custom APIs. The first conversation maps which platforms are involved and the most practical way to connect them.
How long does it take to deploy?
It depends on the process and the number of platforms involved. A single-function automation — content drafting, expense categorisation, approval routing — typically goes live within two to three weeks. A multi-step system covering a full business function takes four to six weeks. You get an honest timeline in the first conversation, before anything is scoped or priced.
What is the AI Marketing Research Report and who is it for?
A standalone project for businesses that need serious market intelligence without an ongoing engagement. It covers your competitor landscape, ICP, channel strategy, content gaps and go-to-market recommendations — reviewed personally by me and delivered as a working document. It suits a product launch, a pivot, an investor pack or any time you need strategic depth quickly. Fixed price, fixed scope, agreed delivery date.
Do you work with businesses outside Sydney, and do you work remotely?
Yes — I work with Australian-registered businesses anywhere in Australia, and most engagements are fully remote. The work happens inside your platforms, not in an office. In-person sessions in Sydney are available when a process-mapping workshop warrants it. I don’t take on businesses registered or primarily operating outside Australia.
